Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with NIKHAAR! We deliver to all cities across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Charges:
- FREE delivery on orders of Rs 2,200 or more.
- Rs 250 delivery charge on orders below Rs 2,200.
- 4% tax is added to the product amount at checkout. Delivery charges are not taxed.
- The exact delivery charge and tax are shown at checkout before you place your order.

2. Where We Deliver:
- We currently deliver within Pakistan only. We do not ship to other countries.

3. Order Confirmation and Processing:
- For cash on delivery orders, we may call or send you a WhatsApp message to confirm your order before dispatch.
- Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time:
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days after dispatch, depending on your city.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, bad weather or other events outside our control.

5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

6. Address Accuracy:
- Please enter your full address and a working phone number at checkout. Wrong or incomplete details can delay delivery.

7. Delivery Issues:
- If your parcel is late, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it out.
